Our shipping methods:
New goods: Shipping via Amazon warehouse. Possible delivery services are Amazon, DHL, GLS, Hermes or DPD, regardless of the target region. The choice of delivery service is not in our hands.
B-stock: Shipping exclusively within Germany with DHL.
Shipping costs
In Germany, shipping of new goods is free of charge. Express shipping for new goods costs €15 within Germany. B-stock costs €6.99 within Germany. You can see the shipping costs for countries outside of Germany behind the corresponding country (above).
Shipment tracking:
Since the new goods and B-goods are shipped separately, there are also different tracking numbers. It may take up to two days to receive the tracking number for your order.
