Shipping conditions
1. General provisions: Our products are shipped as new goods directly from external warehouses to our customers. As part of this process, we transmit the necessary order data to the relevant warehouses.
2. Selection of shipping service providers: The following service providers can be used for shipping: DHL, DPD, GLS, UPS, Hermes or Amazon FBA. We would like to point out that the selection of the specific shipping service provider is made by the warehouses themselves and we therefore have no direct influence on this choice.
3. Shipping of B-goods and used items: Items that are marked as B-goods or used are shipped directly by us. We exclusively use the service provider DHL to ship these products.
4. Shipment tracking: As soon as we receive a tracking number from our external warehouses or prepare the shipment independently, we immediately forward this information to our customers. This enables transparent and traceable shipment tracking for our customers.
