You can return your goods within 30 days of receiving them without giving any reason. Please inform us of your revocation by email or letter.

In the event of a return, we will immediately refund you all payments made including delivery costs. The refund will be made using the payment method of your original transaction.
Costs for returns:
The costs of the return are at your expense, unless the reason for the return is on our part (e.g. in the event of a defect). In such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
Dealing with loss of value:
A loss in value will only be taken into account if it is due to use that goes beyond the necessary inspection of the goods.
Warranty:
We offer a two-year guarantee for all new products. For B-stock we offer a one-year warranty from delivery.
