The amaran 200d S is a 200W daylight Bowens mount point light source with integrated controls, versatile power supply options and an improved LED chipset for higher color quality and spectral rendering.

The 200d S is equipped with an all-new dual blue LED chipset and features improved spectral continuity to achieve stunning spectral reproduction with an ultra-high SSI (D56) of 87 - an increase in SSI of 17 .5% compared to the previous model. The 200d S also features extremely accurate color reproduction, with increased CRI [96], TLCI [99], TM-30 RF [95] and TM-30 RG [103] values.

Equipped with a universal Bowens Mount, the 200d S is compatible with the widest range of modifiers on the market, including the Light Dome SE, Light Dome Mini II and Aputure Lantern, making it an incredibly versatile multi-tool . For added versatility, the 200d S has an umbrella holder integrated into the lamp head.

Like its predecessor, the 200d S is equipped with a powerful LED that, in conjunction with the Hyper Reflector, delivers more than 55,800 lux from a distance of one meter. The simple and compact form factor houses an intuitive LCD screen and control knob that fits seamlessly into the body of the headlight, providing the ability to adjust the light in 1% increments and effortlessly switch between intensity presets.

Thanks to the integrated Sidus Mesh technology, the 200d S can be controlled wirelessly via the Sidus Link app and offers access to 8 lighting effects including Paparazzi, Fireworks, Flash, Bulb, TV, Pulse, Strobe and Explosion. In addition to the included AC power adapter, the 200d S can be powered via the 48V DC input with two gold or V-mount batteries using the Aputure 2-Bay Battery Power Station (sold separately), providing versatile power options for seamless workflows in all recording environments.
