Thanks to the unique dual-capsule design, the microphone records not only the sound in front of the camera but also your voice behind the camera in full fidelity – interviews and commentary sound clear and present, without you having to turn the microphone. At just 40g, the D4 Duo complements your camera setup with high-quality audio without weighing it down. A special feature is the 3.5mm AUX input: if desired, it bypasses the rear capsule and routes the external signal (e.g., lavalier or wireless system) directly to the right channel of your camera – without a mixer or Y-splitter. Switch to stereo, combine speaker and ambient sounds on separate tracks, and maintain maximum control in editing. The Rycote® LYRE shock mount minimizes handling noise, while the 1/4″ and 3/8″ mounting options can be flexibly used with various accessories. This makes you optimally equipped for vlogs, interviews, and reports.
