The DZOFilm Vespid 50mm T2.1 FF lens in the EF-mount version is a high-quality cine lens for professional videographers. The Vespid series offers exceptional coverage for sensors up to full-frame size (46.5 mm circular projection), while remaining lightweight and compact. This makes the lens ideal for handheld shooting, with gimbals, or drones. The design is specifically optimized for video production and minimizes focus breathing. Focus and aperture rings are consistently positioned on all models in the series, facilitating quick changes in the rig.

The lens features a front diameter of 80 mm (77 mm filter thread), a 16-blade aperture for natural-looking blur, and geared focus and aperture rings for focusing systems. The focus ring has a working range of 270°, while the aperture ring has a range of 58°. Thanks to the interchangeable bayonet system, the lens can be easily converted from EF to PL mount. An additional highlight is the magnetic attachment of ND filters to the rear of the lens.
